Exceptional mentor that took the time to listen and assist me with all my questions. I appreciated the level of care he showed and also the willingness to provide me access to his network that can further assist me. This was a great session with Matthew, he provided great insight on transitioning and the importance of not doing too much. He also provided me a list of great veteran transition programs to utilize and even offered to make third party connections to where I will be retiring to.
