Sycarria was engaged and open throughout our conversation. We discussed our shared Marine Corps backgrounds, her HR career goals, mentorship and volunteer opportunities, and resources through VETS2INDUSTRY, The KEY Community, Leader Transition Institute, and other veteran organizations.
