Nick is 24 months out from his end of service. It is great that he is starting this process early. I recommended that he read my article on the four stages of transition. We discussed the importance of selecting an area to transition to and including his family in transition decisions since they are transitioning as well. We talked about my life as an IT Project Manager and the PMP Certification. I will look forward to working with Nick throughout his transition.
