Retired U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant with 16 years of experience in leadership, operations, communication, decision-making, and developing people under pressure.

Today, I’m the Founder & CEO of Pressure Tested Global, where I work privately with select founders and CEOs when something in the business is costing them more time, money, or energy than it should.

My work is grounded in a simple approach: understand what is really happening, identify what matters most, make the right decision, act, and learn from the outcome.

I’m continuing to grow as an advisor and business owner, and I’m especially interested in learning from experienced executives, consultants, advisors, and entrepreneurs who can challenge my thinking, strengthen my business judgment, and help me better understand how high-level advisory firms are built, positioned, and grown.

I value direct feedback, clear thinking, practical experience, and conversations that help me see what I may be missing.
